Matassa 'Coume de l'Olla' VDF Rouge, 2024 dark rose The almost four years ofThis wine is made from Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, and Macabeu, from 55 year old vines grown in a single vineyard. The grapes are cofermented and vinified entirely in concrete. The lime and clay rich soils of Coume de l'Olla bring a juicy roundness that fills the palate. Each sip is full of raspberry jam, cherry candy, mediterranean herbs, and a slight earthiness. Pair it with pintxos moruos, a traditional Moorish Spanish grilled lamb skewer.
