This piece is said to take the form of American tap dancer and choreographer Paul Draper Jr. The lamp features the entire profile of Draper in a tap dancing stance wearing a showman's suit. A frosted glass circle behind the figure doubles as both a shade and figural spotlight as Draper dances on a small platform. Small music notes dance across a stave behind Draper.
