Heiwa Shuzou 'KID' Junmai Daiginjo Sake (300mL) French White three Grand Cru sites ofThis Junmai Daiginjo is made from Yamadanishiki Rice, milled down to 50%. It was brewed to be enjoyed for special occasions, with an elegant fruity primary palate followed by the rich umami flavor of cooked rice. Well balanced and clean on the finish. Pair it with some homemade tonkatsu ramen.
