2016 Merriam Vineyards Danielle Sauvignon Blanc, Russian River Valley, USA (750 ml) Rare 1% Mixed RedsWINEAKER'S NOTES: Danielles Estate Sauvignon Blanc is light straw in color, a very floral wine with notes of passion fruit, orange blossom, and honeydew melon. On the palate, medium texture, bright acid with lemon, white peach and a long melon finish. This medium bodied aromatic wine is clean and crisp and is perfect on a hot summer day. Or, pair it with oysters, a delicate fish or a mixed green salad, light dressing and goat cheese on top.
