The paisley designs are hand enamelled in our Orkney workshop in Verdi enamel and measure approximately 9mm by 15mm. Sheilas Paisley collection is a contemporary reinterpretation of the original, intricate paisley pattern that originated in ancient Persia. These designs became popular in the West in the 18th and 19th centuries
