Alvary, Max - Signature, Vintage Print as Siegfried + Program Clip Records Signed tenor Aldo BonciFamous German Wagnerian tenor (1856 1898), very admired in his time who had a short but very successful career in both Europe and America. Alvary retired in 1897, at the peak of his career, due to a serious accident during a rehearsal of Siegfried in Germany. Alvary died the next year at age 42. Signature on card, dated by him in 1896, just before he retired, mounted in a mat with a beautiful late 1800s print, showing him as Siegfried (one of his most
