Today is one of those days. Here's a mid Victorian gold perpetual calendar in full working order and modelled in 15 karat gold. The best part is that on the reverse it indicates the total hours of daylight night time in any given month, as well as the sunrise and sunset times (roughly, obviously). The inner discs are finished in royal blue
