Brendel Cabernet Sauvignon 'Cooper's Reed' North Coast, 2021 elixer this flagship single vineyard wineThis 100% Cabernet is from Heitz Cellar's second label, Brendel Wines. The grapes are sourced from the North Coast, and aged in reclaimed 60 year old, 20,000 liter neutral oak barrels. This old school approach truly preserves the lovely fruit from this elegant style of Cabernet, and would pair nicely with lamb burgers and grilled summer squash.
