Its name comes from the attraction that the sweet juice of the grape exerts on wasps. After difficult periods, between phylloxera and world wars, the recovery of viticulture culminated in 1969 with the recognition of the DOC Breganze, which protects this iconic wine of the territory. This Torcolato by Firmino Miotti is produced
