The grapes in fact need to be harvested frozen, the temperature must be 8C and often the harvest happens in the night. This Zweigelt is super fruity and balanced, it has lots of aromas like raisins, prunes, honey and dry apricots. Such a fantastic balanced sweetness in this fine and pleasant dessert wine.
