The cheekpiece moves forward which allows for more lateral flexion and shoulder elevation. Can be used with a running martingale or a double rein. This bit will exert more pressure on the palate and bars. An excellent all around bit that will work well on most horses. The sweet iron keeps the horses mouth moist. NOTE: This bit will rust when exposed to moisture. This creates a sweet
