The vineyards, located between 380 and 530 meters above sea level, are characterized by unique soils. On one side, there are moraine deposits on volcanic porphyritic rock, while on the other, clayey limestone soils exposed to the west. The grapes are harvested manually and with great care, in small containers that preserve the quality all the way
