In bronze, obverse features the relief image of Abraham Lincoln surrounded by the motto WITH MALICE TOWARD NONE WITH CHARITY FOR ALL, reverse bears the words "The Civil War 1861 1865" encircled by a wreath, measures 32 mm, on original ribbon with interior card resulting in a stiff mount, very fine condition. Footnote: This medal was instituted in 1905, with the Army version of the medal being instituted on 21 January 1907. It was
