The vineyard is right next to the Pouilly Fuiss Appellation and there is a good chance it will become a 1er Cru shortly. The 20 50 year old vines are planted on Southwest facing slopes composed of limestone, clay and fossil rocks. WINEMAKING: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and aging is in oak casks for a minimum of 9 months depending upon the vintage. New oak barrels are
