A single cartridge and a 6mm blank are loaded in the Launcher. The blank automatically ejects when firing. Cannot shoot Ammunition. A firearms license is not required in NZ to use the Launcher and the Pyrotechnics cartridges. Users must be over 18 years old Proof of age will be required with the purchase.
