Constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered blue, red, and green tri colour, topped by an inscription of ASERBAIDSCHAN (AZERBAIJAN), unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 70 mm (h), in uniform removed and extremely fine condition.
