Vigneti Repetto Piccolo Derthona Timorasso Colli Tortonesi, 2021 Liquor or "red slope"100% Timorasso, from the ancient town of Tortona in northern Piedmont. Some Italians swear this is the greatest white grape in the country. Timorasso is very similar to the style of a dry Riesling, with the same sweet floral aromatics and piercing acidity. This wine has a bit more body and intensity of fruit and would make a delicious pairing with prosciutto stuffed agnolotti.
