The flowing of the Tirso river for centuries has given rise to these naturally fertile soils, well drained due to the presence of sand. The soils of the Tirso Valley, thus characterized, are called "Bennaxi". PROCESSING The grapes are hand picked and vinified as white wine with flor yeast and alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks, without temperature
