A bar of gilded non magnetic metal, bearing the cipher of Friedrich Wilhelm III (F. W. III.) on a pebbled background, affixed on a blue ribbon with yellow edges with a metal backer with horizontal pinback with a round wire catch, measuring 42. 50 mm (w) x 39. 14 mm (h), very fine.
