Straw yellow in color with light greenish highlights, it has a fine yet intense aroma reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples. On the palate, it is savory, soft yet assertive, with a good correspondence to the nose; notes of white fruit and bread crust complete the picture. TASTING NOTES: This has aromas of
