Upon closer inspection, the sampler turned out to be full of nice motifs. A landscape with a church, butterfly, shepherdess with all her creatures and the more traditional motifs such as the reclining deer in the garden, a ship, cradle, etc. I charted the sampler and used a number of motifs to make a pin drum, pin cushions and needle book.
