Lopez Real Cuishe Mezcal Artesanal (750ml) Belgian Pale Ale It is brewed from YamadanishikiPinas for this single variety Mezcal are roasted in traditional underground pits with fire warmed volcanic rocks for 4 5 days. They are then crushed with stone tahona wheel and the resulting mash is fermented in pine vats. Two runs through small copper pot stills yield this spirit with aromas combining herbal bell pepper and mint along with custardy tropical fruit as banana.
