Piquant and almost lean on the palate in the first moment, this is a full bodied, fresh, pure and almost steely Schoenenbourg with a tight structure, lingering salinity and mineral grip. Although it has a charming sweetness, the Schoenenbourg needs some years to develop. However, the 2013 will remain a rather lean,
