Rosso Garofalo 2018 Light & Fresh Coming from a new microRosso Garofalo from Abbazia San Giorgio is made from two indigenous grape varieties, Nero dAvola and Alicante, both growing on volcanic soil rich in micro elements. The wine is earthy and mineral. Nice cassis aromas in the nose meanwhile in the palate lots of tasty black cherries. Some notes of violets, black olives and rosemary.
