Constructed of double overlaid cotton twill with a rigid card stock interior reinforcement, trimmed along three edges with a silver grey rayon fringe, the obverse bearing a dyed golden yellow Cross Patte with black borders, joined through the quadrants by black swastikas, overlaid by a central Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, in turn overlaying a circular laurel leaf wreath, the reverse
