Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Geneva Cross, the obverse with ribbed arms, bearing a central raised mobile swastika, the three, nine, and twelve oclock arm bearing an engraved dedication of DR. MED. OTTO HERCHER, SCHTZENKNIG 1936 37, the reverse stamped with a silver content number of 800, measuring 69. 34 mm (w) x 72. 85 mm (h), weighing 26. 5 grams, in extremely
