Clean top edge of opening. Remove existing bulkhead. Make sure EPDM gasket is still intact. Drop in new bulkhead through the top opening of the tank. Pull new bulkhead through tanks bottom opening and fasten outer nut. Do not overtighten. Place silicone aroud the rim of the tanks top opening. Set spinweld
