Its exceptional exposure, location and terroir give it a unique character. The plots are situated in the north central part of the Hrault, backed by the ridges of the Causse du Larzac. This climatic zone experiences wide temperature variations due to its distance from the sea and the proximity of the Causse, which brings a certain freshness during summer nights, beneficial for a slow and gradual ripening of
