A fresher, accessible style of Red Burgundy that sees 20% barrel and 80% steel tank. This wine offers tons of fresh fruit, structure, and vibrancy without an unpleasant "stemminess" or tannic bitterness. It's simple and drinkable, and downright delicious. Pair it with roasted chicken thighs over lentils and chard.
