It's set with a stunning 4. 98 carat natural Burmese ruby, certified with no indication of heat treatment. The principal stone is surrounded by a halo of rose cut diamonds, and rests in a simple four claw mount. Dating from the 1890s, it has French 18k gold import marks indicating that it was likely retailed in Paris. STONES 4. 98ct
